Nalin Epa Ranasinghe, MD

He is the son and grandson of physicians. Dr. Ranasinghe grew up in California, completed his undergraduate degree at the University of California Davis, then premedical studies at La Sierra University in Riverside California. Afterwards completed his Medical Degree at St. George’s University School of Medicine.

Then started his postgraduate training at Mount Sinai Medical Center in NY and completed his training with a fellowship in Emergency Medicine at Queens Hospital Center in Queens NY.

He has been practicing for more than 10 years as an Emergency Medicine Physician. Has been the Medical Director of an Emergency Department in Oneonta NY. Then transitioned to helping as an Emergency Medical Services Director for several agencies in New York.

Now he works in several Emergency Departments in New Jersey.

He enjoys caring for patients in a personalized way and wants to offer proactive care moving forward to help patients deal with medical issues in his medical practice at Providence Medical and Infusion Center.

Dr. Ritesh Amin

He received his medical degree from Medical University of Lodz and has been in practice between 11-20 years. Dr. Amin completed extensive training at Rutgers University Hospital in psychiatry and neurology and is dedicated to delivering patient-centered care with empathy and respect.

Dr. Ritesh A Amin, is a compassionate psychiatrist specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders. With expertise in both psychiatry and neurology, He offers comprehensive care to patients with a wide range of psychiatric and neurological conditions. He provides a range of services, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, and brain stimulation therapies. Through his holistic approach and multidisciplinary care, He helps patients achieve mental wellness and improve their quality of life.

Dr. Ritesh Amin has expertise in treating anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, depression, among other conditions.

He enjoys practicing as a Psychiatrist and to help diagnose and treat mental illness, such as depression, anxiety disorders, substance abuse, and schizophrenia. He relies on a mix of medications and psychotherapy. One unique aspect of his practice is utilizing an a noninvasive therapy called Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) which is a procedure that uses magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain to improve symptoms of major depression.

Patrick Rockwell, PA

PA Patrick Rockwell has practiced Urgent Care and Emergency Medicine for over 30 years; he is NCCPA certified, ACLS certified, and he recently received advanced training in IV Nutritional Therapy, 2022.

While devoting his medical profession to the health and wellbeing of patients within NY’s Capital Region, PA Rockwell was especially drawn to the rural Upstate area and its residents. In 2000, PA Rockwell and his family moved from Rensselaer County to Schoharie County, where he became an integral part of A.O. Fox Hospital’s Emergency Department in Oneonta, NY.
